Materials, Supplies, Ingredients

Below you will find a list of materials that I recommend using when performing experiments. Most of these however may vary, use what you have available. Besides a few things like digital scales, you will probably have everything already in your house. Things like digital scales can be done without, but realize outcomes may vary. I am also attaching lings to sites where you can obtain some of the supplies you might want. I will do my best to keep ingredients common grocery store items. Though occasionally I might stray from this practice, I will provide sources when this does occur. I will provide a detailed list of materials with each lesson, here is a general list to get started:

Must Haves:

• Mixing bowls
• Measuring cups (liquid and dry)
• Some variety of baking dishes
• Spoons, spatulas, knives(requires adult supervision), tongs
• Thermometer
• Some variety of pots and pans
• Ruler

Could Haves:

• Digital scale
• Calipers
• Blender or mixer
• Nalgene bottles (they are straight sided, make easy measurements and seal)
